8.1.3   Exploring the Udemy

Udemy was founded in 2010 by Eren Bail. We can use it anywhere in the world by PC or Mobile Application. We can Stream by online or offline download videos.

8.1.4  Review about Udemy

Udemy courses do have features of online education, including discussion forums, machine-graded assessments and, of course, video micro-lectures. However, unlike an online course at my home institution, Udemy is open to anyone interested in the course, which means wide-ranging or sporadic participation. Moreover, credentials are not meaningful, Students enroll in classes not for accreditation but rather for job-related skills developed through them.
Udemy also enables users with focused information to build their own courses using a set of development tools. To learn more about the instructor experience, I enrolled in a one-hour tutorial, entitled How to Create Your Udemy Course, before attempting to build my own course.

CatLog: you can Sort the courses by categories like Electronics, health, Fitness. After selecting the course. After that we can filter the course like price, language and different features.
Mobile Application: Udemy offers IOS, Android applications. By using mobile application, we can download the videos and we can watch it whenever we want.
Free Course: Some of them are free subjects. Which means basic subject knowledge courses.
Course Description: Before Selecting the subject. It briefly describes about the description of the course and what we will get after successful completion of the course.
Discussion Board: If we have any doubts regarding the course or in the subject we can chat with the tutor or send a mail.
Udemy Certificate: After Successful completion of the course Udemy will provide the certificate of the subject.
Free Demo: Before Selecting the course we can listen free video demo of the subject. If we like the demo, then we can enroll.
Reviews: We ca rating and reviews of the course and the lecture.
Help & Support:   Udemy help desk available for 24x7 by online chat or through Email

Personal Discovery: I used to travel very long distance last year, so i fell bore and no internet and no signals in some place. i used the udemy offline videos and learn some new things.
How to use it: just download the app from play store or app store from mobile, and signup and search you course as you like and click on the videos, so it starts the online streaming very easy user friendly.
